10:00am – 5:00pm – Meetings with your Representatives and Senators (e-mail contact@equalityandjusticeforall.org for assistance in making appointments)

5:00pm – 6:00pm – Dinner (on your own)

6:00pm – 9:00pm – Evening Reception (hors d’ oeuvres and dessert to be served) and Screening of “Sing Over Me” with Dennis Jernigan (Location to be disclosed prior to the event)

Travel Information

Out of town participants should fly into Reagan National Airport. The conference hotel provides transportation to and from the metro/subway, which connects to Reagan National Airport.

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at a special conference rate (includes free breakfast). The location of the hotel will be disclosed upon your registration.
